Are your prices in Canadian Dollars?
Yes, all our prices are Canadian Dollars.
Do you offer curbside pick-up?
Yes you can pick up your order at our North York, ON facility. Click "Pickup" on the checkout page to delete the shipping charge. We will email you when your order is ready for pick-up, usually the next business day.
Do you require a signature to receive my order?
Signature is not required.
Do you ship to business addresses or Post Office boxes?
Yes, we can ship to any home, business or post office in Canada.
Do you ship to the US or internationally?
Not at this time. We are focused on serving the Canadian market.
How do I track my order?
Once we ship your order you will be sent an automated email that contains a link to track your package through Fedex.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
In Ontario most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Outside of Ontario will vary but most will arrive within 5-7 days.
What if I am not home when you deliver my order?
Your order will be left either on your doorstep or mailbox.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days.

Products and Handling
Are your vitamins good for dogs and cats on raw diets?
Absolutely. Revive Active has all the vitamins and minerals a dog or cat needs that may be missing in a raw diet. Combining Revive Active vitamins with your pet’s raw diet is the best of both worlds.
How is Revive Active different from other joint and pet health products?
Revive Active products contain much higher levels of the beneficial ingredients than usually found in pet shop supplements. For example Revive Active joint care liquid contains 1000 mg of Glucosamine per dose, more than double that of many pet shop supplements.
How long does it take for Revive Active Joint Care to work?
Many pet owners tell us they see improvements in mobility and pain relief within two weeks or less. Your experience may be faster or longer depending on the level of inflammation and joint pain that needs to be reduced.
How long is the shelf life of your products?
Our products are shipped fresh and last 24 to 36 months. Refer to the expiry date on the package once received.
How should I store Revive Active?
Store products in their original packaging with lid or seal closed, and away from direct sunlight. Revive Active products do not require refrigeration.
Is your Omega-3 fish oil human grade?
Yes, our fish oil is human grade, wild caught herring and mackerel fished in Atlantic Canada Our pet has food allergies.
Are your products allergy safe?
Revive Active products are limited ingredient formulas to help protect against allergies. Some of our products have beef, chicken or duck as flavouring as shown on the ingredients list and label. If you have any allergy concerns please contact us.
What is glucosamine and chondroitin and how do they work?
Glucosamine is a precursor for glycosaminoglycans, a significant component of joint cartilage, promoting skeletal and joint health. Chondroitin is part of the protein that gives cartilage its elasticity and cushioning.
What is MSM and how does it contribute to healthy joints?
MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) is a sulfur-containing compound found naturally in animals and plants and reduces joint inflammation and pain.
When should I start using Revive Active Joint Care Products?
Dogs can begin showing joint and mobility issues as early as five to seven years. We recommend starting Revive Active as soon as you notice your dog is showing joint discomfort. Giant breed dogs and breeds prone to joint issues may need to begin earlier than most dogs.
Where are your products made?
All Revive Active products are made in North America. Our joint care liquid, Omega-3 supplements, liver and beef treats are made in Canada.

How do I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped we can make the changes for you. If it has shipped please see our return page.
What if I received damaged goods?
Please contact us within two business days of your order receipt and we will help you.
What if my order is stolen after delivery, i.e. porch pirates?
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for reimbursement if the package was successfully delivered to the correct address.
