Return Policy
All Revive Active products can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. The items being returned must be in new, unused and resellable condition with all original packaging intact. Please email or call us to request a return authorization with the order information, the reason why you would like to return and your shipping address. Please do not send items until you receive a return authorization. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost for returned merchandise. If you are ordering a replacement product, we will ship the replacement product to you at no cost.
Shipping Policy
Value of order is before shipping and applicable taxes. Your order will be shipped by FedEx Ground. Shipping time varies but is usually 3-5 business days in Ontario, 5-7 days outside of Ontario.

- Free shipping does not apply to Rural or Remote areas beginning with the following postal code prefixes. When placing your order, your shipping rate will be calculated based on our standard shipping rates provided by FedEx, which may be subject to additional fees due to location. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will contact you if additional shipping fee is required prior to shipping of your order.
